Aportia is an intelligent portfolio management and financial analysis platform. The Service provides portfolio tracking, dividend analytics, AI-powered fundamental analysis, and capital allocation tools. Aportia is an information and analytics tool — it does not constitute financial advice, investment recommendations, or brokerage services.

2. Eligibility

By using Aportia, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. Use of the Service is void where prohibited by law.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Aportia for any unlawful purpose, to reverse engineer or extract proprietary models, to attempt unauthorized access to any system component, or to use automated scraping tools against the platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. No Financial Advice

All content provided by Aportia, including AI-generated analysis, scores, theses, and metrics, is for informational purposes only. Nothing on Aportia constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You should consult a licensed financial advisor before making investment decisions. Past performance of any asset is not indicative of future results.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, algorithms, models, UI, and branding within Aportia are the exclusive property of Aportia and its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without express written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aportia and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to investment losses. The Service is provided 'as is' without warranty of any kind.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal and the European Union. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lisbon, Portugal, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law.
